Create a refined marketing campaign that would emphasise the property’s historic value while driving contemporary appeal to a style-conscious audience.

Solution
Drawing on Soho’s evolution – from aristocratic roots to a creative, hedonistic hub – the campaign would celebrate its contrasts. ‘So International. So London.’ captured the fusion of global and local, to position the property as culturally significant yet irresistibly current.
