Founded in 1920 and based in Morocco, the parastatal organisation OCP Group is the world’s largest miner and producer of phosphate and phosphate-based products, with access to over 70% of the world’s phosphate rock reserves and a 31% global market share.
Challenge
Establish a brand ecosystem including strategy, name, visual identity and associated system that would set a new corporate narrative to engage and resonate with both current and future stakeholders and customers.
Solution
Through in-depth research and corporate immersion, a new strategy and mission statement was developed and implemented, ‘Enriching Life’, L – Leading, I – Innovative, F – Focussed, E – Equity. This would translate across every facet of the organisation and lead the way for a macro to micro philosophy where a human-centric narrative would take precedent to that of a corporate entity.
